The practical bamboo stick is an ideal addition to our paper tea filters and allows you to prepare tea comfortably and safely in no time at all. This is because the stick stabilizes the filter during the steeping phase, preventing it from slipping into the liquid. And here’s how it works: Take a filter out of the package and fill it with 1-2 teaspoons of tea. Then push the bamboo stick through the two holes in the filter so that it hangs on the stick. Now place the bamboo stick over the rim of a cup or teapot and place the filter filled with tea in the centre of the cup or teapot opening. Pour hot water over the tea so that it is covered with liquid for the intended steeping time. Remove the filter after brewing and dispose of it in the trash. The bamboo stick can be used multiple times and should be dried in a well-ventilated area when wet. With a length of 15 cm, the stick fits most teapot and cup openings.

Good to know: Bamboo is a durable, fast-growing material and thus a ecological alternative to plastic.
